Gov Contract Hunter — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Gov Contract Hunter (“the app”), published by Code Body Dynamics LLC, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

The app helps you discover and organize publicly available U.S. government contracting opportunity data, sourced from SAM.gov.
We do not guarantee data completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular business purpose.
Availability depends on SAM.gov, which is operated by the U.S. government and outside our control.

You are responsible for verifying every opportunity detail against official government sources before relying on it or submitting anything.
The app does not submit bids, proposals, or any other material to any government system on your behalf.

Searching requires an active GovHunter Premium subscription. Both plans include a free trial for new subscribers.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are always shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the plan’s then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancel before a free trial ends and you will not be charged.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The app also offers optional one-time tip purchases, which are consumable and non-refundable.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Do not attempt to circumvent subscription controls, scrape the service in bulk, or resell access.
We may suspend access that degrades the service for other users or breaches these terms.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Body Dynamics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost contracts, missed deadlines, or lost profits.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
